Received a damaged or unsatisfactory product? we got you covered! When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by a 7 days Returns policy. drop us an e-mail at help.thefancypanda@gmail.com with the product images. also write to us whether you'd like to return or replace the item with a brand new one with absolutely no extra charges! once we confirm the return, you can ship the item back to us and once the returned product reaches us, we will refund you the full amount in your bank account. Don't worry, we will reimburse you the reverse shipment charges back In the form of Credit points for your next purchase with us.




We can’t accept returns on customized gifts. We will immediately replace an item (at no charge) if we make error on the customization and if there is any manufacturing defect/damage transit. However, we are’nt responsible if the error is made by the customer. Customization details will be taken from the order details and we hence encourage our customers to proofread the order before making the final submission.
